ANIBIOX is a metadata tracking platform — we do not host, stream, download, or distribute any copyrighted audiovisual content. All anime artwork, posters, banners, and metadata are sourced from public APIs (AniList) and are displayed under fair use for informational purposes only.
Our Copyright Policy
ANIBIOX respects the intellectual property rights of all creators, studios, and distributors. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices. All anime titles, artwork, character designs, and related media remain the exclusive property of their respective copyright holders.
What We Display
ANIBIOX displays the following types of content sourced from public APIs:
- ▸Anime title information (original and localized titles)
- ▸Cover artwork and promotional posters (sourced via AniList API)
- ▸Synopsis / description text (sourced via AniList API)
- ▸Episode counts, air dates, and studio information
- ▸Genre tags and content ratings
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content displayed on ANIBIOX infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the specific content on ANIBIOX that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Designated Copyright Agent
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. Abusing the DMCA process by filing false claims may expose you to liability for damages.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Counter-notifications must comply with Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. Following receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
ANIBIOX has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
